My Girly card for Dutch Dare Cardmakers

I can’t stop loving this card! I decided to sit and DO a card on Tuesday. I closed my house as best as I could and even with the high temp the day was I was a good girl and endured it. The sketch was done by Angie in Paper Wings for the Paper Cuts members. I added something to fit me, of course. I wanted this card done with that sketches. The image I got in a RAK from another fellow angel (who’s name I don’t remember right now) and later by Cristina. The stamped image is from Ice Cream Girl from TAC. The papers are Bella Flor which is being discontinued by TAC (they’re on sale, if you’re interested, just let me know). The sentiment in the inside is from a retired set and the message is a friendship one. I think I’ll be using it quite a LOT!
Wednesday, I took it to work and I got an order for 5 by Friday morning (remember I work from 8 am to 5:30 pmJ). Wednesday, I already had plans to go to the movies with Martin to see “House of Bunny” for which I didn’t even started the project. Later I’ll share the finished cards with the Twinkle Toes set (yes, one of my favorites). Ohhh and yesterday got another order for 15 cards that I finished as well, fighting the … bees. Yesterday, they behaved, today, ufs. I lost over 30 minutes for their fault. I do hope I didn’t damaged my stuff with the insect killer I sprayed all over them. They were in my desk too (in my lapmp) so I threw a plastic bag over my stamped, colored and even embellished images and cards and almost emptied the content of the insect killer spraying the bee and it was resisting. Finally, I succeeded.
To answer to those asking if I called services here. My house is not entirely aproved to be where it is because my grandpa built it in his backyard (yes, we have a big one. lol.) and he provides me energy and water from his main house. So, nothing is in papers that my house exists. His brother knows how to get rid of them. They’re great at working with bees and while a child my grandma had jars of fresh honey the whole year. They used to construct small things for them to make their hives? or whatever so they could collect the honey once it was prime. BUT!!!! And that is a big but, my grandpa didn’t seal the open areas in my roof so there are rats and bats living inside the roof and who knows what other creatures. There are areas where they’ve been entering to the house but those are smaller creatures. NOW they want to remove two panels from the inside of the house and that means that when they do, the bees would indeed be all over the house (inside) and that they’ll not replace that wood as soon as they remove it but would leave that completely open. That means ALL THOSE SCARY CREATURES would have complete access to the house. My ceiling is good wood and that is what has been leaving them all over the ceiling and not all inside the house.
Last year the bees did the same. I would go to bed early and sleep much more. Some day they went out. This year they came back to the exact same place they were. I wish I could remember when was it that they finally decided to leave my house last year so I know when I would get rid of them.
