Dutch Dare Card for the sketch challenge

This post has a few surprises for you. lol. Yes, I have a webpage that I’ve been working on while I wasn’t updating my blog. Day-by-day I worked in a few details and I’ve been working in some sketches. I’ve enjoyed working for other stampers and to have a resource in the net for everyone and for free. I do hope to be able to work many more things through the next year and to be able to improve my page enough for all of you to enjoy it and find something there for everyone. So, I sent Karin some sketches for the Dutch Dare Card Challenges. Here is my card as part of the Design Team and a variation too.
Here are the details to the card. I added liquid glass to the star and to the Christmas tree ornaments and I added Liquid apliqué to the garland in the tree.
As you can see, I didn’t did just one card, but I did a batch of 4 cards to gift. I just love this color combo (as you might have seen! And I plan in using it more often. I really need to thank Angela Kelley for sending me a few goodies a while back and between them this lovely ribbon that I didn’t use until now. I just wish I could do 100 cards like this one. It was so simple to work this sketch! You might want to give it a try?
And here is my variation. I did this, actually, before the others. That’s why I did the other ones in a batch and only one of this. I loved so much this card but hated that not enough of my hand stamped background was showing off! And I wanted to try using only part of the images as I’ve seen so many people do. I need to start using more my stamps in ways out of the ordinary ones.
