My take in this week’s MOJO Monday
Posted by Dianette "Jany" Seda en 18 noviembre 2008
I have two entries today! Check below for the first one! This is my second. Here’s this week Monday Mojo Sketch. I told you I want to get more involved with my blog and what’s promised is debt.
Sorry for the lack of light in the pic. I took it at work and somehow I couldn’t take a better one. I used Cha Cha paper and cardstock (I already had it out). I did the scallops with my corner rounder (I finally were able to do it! and right). I didn’t want a predominant color. It looks like there is more of one in some places but it is kind of balanced. I’m experimenting with having several patterned papers together. Not bad at all.
Here’s a closeup in the main image area. If you noticed I mated in yellow, added purple and red brads and left the green not to over charge my card. So, my predominant colors are actually yellow/orange, red and purple.
And here is the close up of my paper piecing and coloring. I added shimmerz to the pants and hair. Weird it wasn’t that shimmery! lol. I used the wrong brush and it had water inside. lol. Still some of it was left into the cardstock. Now, I need to be more careful with it. I used tombow for the shoes, skin tones for hair and skin.
