An’udder Birthday Card (StampTACular Challenge)

Here’s a card I did for Bridget’s StampTACular Challenge! This is an ongoing challenge for the stamp set An’udder Birthday from TAC. The challenge is to show off in our blogs (every Tuesday) something done with this stamp set. Here’s what I did with the stamped images my dear friend Diana gave me to play with. I’m having so much fun with it!
To make this card I cut my white cardstock in 8.5 X 4.25 distressed the border with Palette Chartreuse. Then I cut two pieces of Pop Rockz TAC Paper in 2X2 and attach it to my white cardstock. I then rounded 3 out of 4 corners of the mating of my main image. The image I colored with a variety of my tombow markers. I ended up mixing them all in a box so I can use them as I please and don’t think if they are pastels or earth because I used not to mix them even if the colors were appropriate. I added some shimmerz to the water and the sky as well as his sunglasses. I then did the unthinkable. I cut a saying stamp set! I didn’t want the sentiment because it was too long. I’ve been thinking in dividing a few of them because of the mix of kind of letters my Spanish Sentiments have. I just didn’t have the courage. Since it turned out so nicely in this one, I just decided that I’ll do it with many other sentiments I have around.
Now, without more delay, here are the links to the other great angels that worked with the same stamp set and not all of them with a Birthday motive.
