Yesterday’s cards counted as birthday. Today is scrapbooking. Do you remember what I wanted to do every day? Well, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to keep up with Saturday and Sunday but I know I will be able to keep up with Thursday and Friday as well as today. That means that tonight I need to focus in another projects for tomorrow, next Monday and Tuesday and just maybe Saturday and Sunday (plus finishing my Thursday entry).
No further delays please! lol. Here’s a page I created for Splitcoast Scrapbooking Sketch challenge of two weeks ago? Not sure. Thing is that these are pics of our Cruise trip. I know I’ll be working a few more since I have my cricut cable and just need to find the cutting mat. I’m mad at myself because I’m so disorganized. I saw it last Friday and MOVED IT! Now, I can’t find it!
Anyway, here is the LO I worked with the sketch provided. The LO is pretty simple because this one is Martin’s album. I want ALL my pics in matte. lol.
These papers were bought in a crop I went to a while back. I loved that those were masculine papers (which I don’t have that many) and that they were just right for scrapbooking. I like lightweight paper in my pages. It let’s me use more layers, etc. I did too (another reason to keep this page so simple and SO following the sketch) a tutorial in how to work with sketches. To see the original sketch, check it here.
NOW as for my challenge entry! (That I might say fits in two challenges actually) I was able to use the new stamps I got in my last order from TAC. And I still have two more to use. You will see one used in Thursday and Friday, and let’s see if I can work something out for tomorrow.
This card that I love uses: DCWV cardstock Raspberry 1, Uptown Girl Paper collection, Black cardstock, Palette Noir and Belle Rose, Prima Flower, Ribbon, Mini gems I bought a while back, Stamp: Purr-fect Friends.
As for the challenges I’m submitting this for!
Mojo Monday Sketch! Those sketches are just great! This time is sketch 80. I’m always inspired by them even if I don’t participate in a weekly basis. I am looking forward to take the time to actually make a pdf with all those sketches for easy reference so I can go back to them all the time! BUT that is for my own personal use. So, no sharing from me. You need to go there and look at them all. lol.
The next challenge this card is for is the Alphabet challenge. This is just a new challenge blog. My card includes an Animal and is sized A2.
Hope you enjoyed my entry and that you don’t mind it being multicolor but I don’t know how to change the color and it changed itself automatically. lol.
