Today is Thursday and as in Thursdays here is my
Dutch Dare creation. Here is a late entry to two challenges too! The last two this week. I think that makes a good number of challenges to get in into a week. Don’t you think? I do. I’ve never gone in more than two. Anyway, this entry is pre-scheduled since today I need to be with my family.
I don’t celebrate Easter. But this challenge was about Easter and so I did. Good thing is I needed to make a birthday card for a girl that turned 1 year and this was perfect (or so I think) for her and changed the sentiment.
Here's an easter card closed. Stamps: Some Bunny, Paper: Pop Rockz, Cardstock: DCWV Pink 2
Here is how my Easter card shows the easter message. Isn't it cute? I actually needed a Bday card for a girl and hurried to change that to Happy Birthday since I wouldn't be able to actually work out another and I don't celebrate Easter.
This card wasn’t only done for Dutch Dare. It was too for: Friday Sketchers. I altered it a little to fit my A2 size card but it is all right. My image is not too big so doing it a lot bigger is not going to help that. Besides I was able to use a few tags from one of my paper collections. That’s not too easy to do. lol. How do you like it?I was able too to recycle the cover TAC includes with the classic SWIC paper collection. Here are the pics for you to understand a little better.
Here is a great example in how to maximize your paper with our $19.95 packs of paper. This is one of our covers (Pop Rockz) in it you have access to see all the papers in the paper collection. Here's how I stamped in an area that I thought was lost for me to use. I did paper piecing with all these stamped images. I created this post-it note holder to show my stepsister what I could do for an activity. It has Bella Flor (retired) paper, Pallete Belle Rose, Scallop punch, Prima Flower, ribbon and a flower. I did another style too that I didn't like that much but had a place for the pen.
Now, as for the other work I did last week, here it is! It is a post-it note holder. I don’t think I need to explain further. I’m submitting it to the challenge: Forever Friends. Another challenge blog I’ve checked out for quite a while and had never submitted. This is just so cute to give away to a BFF. Hope you enjoy!

Sorry for such a bad pic. I don't have it anymore to be able to actually take a better pic. The inside has a stamp from TAC that is called Booking Bonus and came with my welcome package.
